Isn't it interesting that Foreign Affairs will never publish a piece that strays even two seconds from the establishment orthodoxy on Ukraine but will platform a convicted liar with a record for promoting failed, disastrous regime change operations across the globe, and now one that calls for bombing boats in Venezuelan ports, destroying its military capabilities and "removing" top officers before overthrowing Maduro?
